Go to the Hoizontal view and click the "..." button next to the city:
And a new window pops up:
Click the city you like to overwrite on the top list. It will show up below with its respective data.
Enter a different name and it's coordinates etc. You can select another city, all data is saved immediatly.
Make sure you select daylight saving time = Yes to have the correct time.
